MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER

Plaintiffs are three real estate agents who sought damages and other relief based on, inter alia, claims for racial and religious discrimination. On May 27, 2009, this court granted summary judgment to the defendants on all federal claims and dismissed without prejudice all state law claims for lack of jurisdiction. Proa v. NRT Mid Atlantic, Inc., 618 F.Supp.2d 447 (D.Md.2009).
