Mongioi, Alexander E. Sklavos, Monahan & Sklavos, PC., and Alexander E. Sklavos, PC., appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lane, J.), dated February 14, 2012, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
