OPINION

CORNISH, Judge:

G.L.W., a juvenile, appeals from an order of the Juvenile Division of the District Court, Grady County, Case No. JFJ-77-49, waiving jurisdiction over him and certifying him to stand trial as an adult for the offense of Murder in the Second Degree.

On June 8, 1977, the appellant shot and killed Raymond Ward. The two boys had encountered difficulties in the past and on the day of the shooting, Ward mentioned several times that he had been offered $10.00 to beat up the defendant.
