Peejay Corporation appeals from a decree of the Court of Chancery dismissing the bill of complaint filed by it against the City of Newark and Ralph A. Yillani, Director of Parks and Public Property, one of the city commissioners. The bill sought specific performance of an allegedly valid lease of the premises, together with prayers for incidental relief, unnecessary to enumerate.
