Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent, made February 14, 1978, after a hearing, which found the petitioner guilty of incompetence and dismissed her from her position as a clerk-typist. Petition granted to the extent that the determination is annulled, on the law, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the respondent for a new hearing, to be held before a different hearing officer, and a new determination.
