This is an appeal by the employer and insurance carrier from a decision made by the State Industrial Board pursuant to the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law, directing the appellants to supply the necessary medical and surgical attention and treatment required by the claimant.

The matter comes before this court upon a shortened record and upon a stipulation by the attorneys as follows:
