Appellant Nsengiyumva Pascale (“Pas-cale”) was convicted of one count of domestic assault in the second degree, and one count of assault in the second degree. The evidence at trial established that Pascale met and married C.B. in Tanzania, and moved to St. Louis in 2006. The couple had several children including a daughter, E.M.
