This ERISA class action presents the issue of whether a billion dollar scrivener’s error should be reformed or enforced as written. Plaintiff Cynthia N. Young (“Plaintiff’ or “Young”) alleges that Defendants Verizon’s Bell Atlantic Cash Balance Plan (the “Plan”) and Verizon Communications, Inc.
