In a matrimonial action in which, after an inquest, the parties were divorced by judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Calabretta, J.), dated July 18, 1984, the defendant wife appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Berkowitz, J.), dated February 18, 1986, as denied her motion to vacate or modify the judgment.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County (Calabretta, J.), for an evidentiary hearing on the issues raised by the motion and the…
