BERRY, Judge.
The appellant was convicted in the district court of Brown County for the offense of possessing liquor and his punishment assessed a tone year's .confinement in the penitentiary.
The facts show that on premises under the control of this appellant, a great deal of mash, equipment sufficient to constitute a still, a great deal of corn syrup and quite a quantity of intoxicating liquors were found.
