This is a -supplemental hill brought by the plaintiffs above named against the defendants. The complainants allege:

ftThat the said above-entitled case, except as to Minnie Blanton, came on to be heard, and was heard and disposed of by a final decree of the court filed herein, on the 21st day of December, 1897, in which said decree, among other things, it was decreed as follows: “ ‘That the conveyance of the tanyard prop*498erty, mentioned and described in the bill of complaint, to J.
