Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Harris, J.), entered November 25, 1991 in Al*408bany County, which, upon reargument, adhered to its prior decision granting petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPL 160.50, to unseal the record of certain criminal proceedings.

As a result of findings uncovered during a tax audit of Shopper’s Marketing, Inc.
