This bill was filed in the Louisville Chancery Court by Denny and Colston, setting up debts as due to them from G. Garland, alledged to be a non-resident, and seeking the satisfaction of said debt by attaching in the hands of H. Bolton, of Louisville, and subjecting to sale a female slave, Caroline, alledged to be the property of Garland. Nancy Richardson, representing herself as the mother-in-law, and A. M.
