— In an action, inter alia, to compel the removal of a sign, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), entered June 28, 1990, which denied their motion for a preliminary injunction.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiffs, as tenants, subleased certain premises located in a building owned by the defendant to be used as a "restau*707rant and bar and grill”.
