Opinion

DALY, J.

The defendant, Tate M. Russack, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion of the plaintiff, Jennifer S. Russack, for review of modification of child support payments, and ordering an upward modification of child support. The defendant claims that the court improperly (1) considered evidence of his medical history and financial condition that had been considered at a prior modification hearing and (2) failed to apply the criteria set forth in the child support guidelines. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
