In this consolidated interlocutory appeal, Innovative Therapies, Inc. appeals the trial court’s orders denying its special appearances. Because the record demonstrates that Innovative Therapies has jurisdiction-ally-meaningful contacts with Texas and because the exercise of personal jurisdiction over it in the underlying suits would not violate constitutional guarantees of substantive due process, we affirm the trial court’s orders.
