This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Cook county awarding a mandatory injunction against defendant, Thomas A. Collins, commanding him to remove or alter, in the manner directed by the decree, the front part of a flat or apartment building in process of construction by him on lot 7 and the north twenty feet of lot 8, block 9, Jackson' Park Highlands subdivision, in Cook county, Illinois. The mandatory injunction was awarded upon the ground that there was a building line restriction which prohibited any building being placed nearer the street line than thirty feet. Collins…
