Benjamin F. Zell was indicted, and found guilty on April 29,1921, of raping Ruth X., a school girl, who bore the relation of grand-niece to *447Mm by marriage, bis wife being a sister of the:girl’s grandmother. With the Zells at the time also lived a sister of Mrs. Zell.
