ORDER
This cause is before the Court on plaintiffs motion to reconsider this Court’s order of February 21, 1986 dismissing this action on the grounds that the Court lacked personal jurisdiction over the defendants. Upon consideration of the motion and the record as a whole, the Court concludes that its order of February 21, 1986 is due to be affirmed.
