Donald Louis Curtis, then 13 years of age, was charged on October 1, 1970, with three counts of burglary, two counts of grand larceny and one count ©f rape. After advice by Jack Holt, Jr., an attorney employed by his parents, appellant entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to serve 30 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. His petition for postconviction relief under Criminal Procedure Rule 1 was denied on March 7, 1973.
