OPINION
¶ {1} Defendants-appellants ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., Donald F. Bucci and Rosemarie Bucci appeal the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court finding in favor of plaintiff-appellee Eastern Savings Bank. Appellants urge that the court erred by subordinating ABN's mortgage to appellee's claim under the doctrine of lis pendens. Appellants also argue that the court erred in finding a fraudulent transfer to and a lack of good faith by Rosemarie and Donald F. Bucci. Lastly, appellants claim that the court erred in admitting hearsay in the form of an appraisal ordered by ESB.…
