Hammond, Judge.

Mrs. Grace Boland, who was a married woman, conveyed certain real estate to O. A. Klink. She alleges that it was done to secure the debt of her husband. The facts connected with the transaction, as alleged by her, are these: Her husband, having purchased from Klink a barroom known as the “Sans Souci,” for the price of $1,200.00, was unable to pay for the same, and, Klink demanding security, he induced her to convey her lot to Klink for that purpose.
