TALIAFERRO, Judge.

Plaintiff was accidentally injured on February 1, 1933, while in the employment of defendant. He brings suit to recover compensation as in case of permanent total disability for 65 per cent of his weekly wage for 400 weeks. He was injured while assisting a fellow workman replace a broken wheel in one of defendant’s “hothouses.” He was pulling down on an iron bar used as a lever to elevate a channel so that the wheel could be placed thereunder, when it suddenly slipped, causing his body to lunge forward about halfway to the ground.
