FOLSOM, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendant T & N Ltd.’s (“T & N”) Motion for Relief from Default Judgment (docket #54). Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 55(c) and 60(b), T & N moves the Court for permanent relief from a default judgment entered against it August 24, 1999. In the alternative, T & N argues the default judgment should be vacated pursuant to Rule 60(b)(3) because of the misconduct of Plaintiff Owens Illinois’ (“O-I”) counsel.
