TACHA, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Guadalupe Soto-Cervantes was charged in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico with reentering the United States after being deported subsequent to conviction of an aggravated felony, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) and 1326(b)(2). Defendant filed a motion to suppress documentary evidence (specifically, a resident alien card) and/or dismiss the indictment. The district court denied the motion.
