This matter comes before the court on an appeal by the 2917 M & S Corporation, 2917 West Cambria Street, Philadelphia, Pa., from an order of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (hereinafter referred to as “board”) suspending its restaurant liquor license for a period of 15 days.

In that the case was submitted to us on the record, we must decide this appeal on the testimony presented at the hearing before the board on February 20, 1964.
