Plaintiff-Appellant Raymond Roberts appeals from a final judgment entered by the district court (Koeltl, J.) on November 14, 2016, dismissing with prejudice his amended complaint against Defendant-Ap-pellee Weight Watchers International, Inc., for failure to state a claim under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
