VOROS, Judge:

T1 Robert Cardon was employed, and later terminated, by Jean Brown Research. He sued, asserting five claims against Jean Brown Research and Jean Brown personally (collectively, JBR). These included claims for breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and fraud.
