11 Appellant Ron Antwon Harris was convicted by an Arkansas County jury of one count of second-degree sexual abuse. He was sentenced to serve eight years’ imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. On, appeal, he does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence. Instead, he contends., that the circuit" court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. For the following reasons, we affirm.
