KIRSHBAUM, Judge.

In this dissolution of marriage proceeding, Mary Ethel Z. Chambers, wife, appeals the trial court’s denial of her motion to vacate an order approving a separation agreement between her and Wallace E. Chambers, Jr., husband. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

In October 1979, wife initiated this action. At the commencement of the permanent orders hearing on March 24,1981, husband’s attorney informed the trial court that the parties had reached an agreement respecting division of property, maintenance, and child support.
