MEMORANDUM DECISION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME IN WHICH DEBTOR MAY FILE PROOF OF CLAIM

This matter came before the Court on the debtor’s motion for enlargement of time in which to file a proof of claim, to which the chapter 13 trustee filed an objection. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A). Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 52, made applicable to this proceeding by Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7052, this decision constitutes the Court’s findings of facts and conclusions of law.…
