The issues and the facts are exactly as stated in the majority opinion. There was substantial evidence to show that the defendants, the appellants in this court, through defendant Stowe, induced the plaintiff, appellee, to quit his job elsewhere and to accept employment with them. The defendant was to clean the interior of a building and prepare it for the opening of a restaurant, and then, after opening the restaurant, was to manage it.
