Plaintiffs Vikas Goel (“Goel”) and Rainforest Trading Ltd. (“Rainforest”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) sued Defendants Bunge Ltd., Bunge S.A. (collectively, “Bunge”), and Anush Ramachandran (“Ramachandran”) (collectively, “Defendants”), in Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Westchester, alleging various state law claims. Ramachandran removed the case to this Court pursuant to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the “New York Convention” or “Convention”), 9 U.S.C. § 205 (“ § 205”).…
