PRENDERGAST, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted of the offense of pandering and his punishment fixed at twelve years in the penitentiary.

The evidence shows that he was a young man about 20 years old and his wife Ludie Currington was about a year'older than he; that they were married on May 15, 1912, and lived together for about one year. At the time this offense is charged to have been committed and for some time prior thereto they were engaged in farming and lived on a farm in Collin County.
