Affirming.
J. B. Birdsong and Ms brother, C. D. Birdsong, were jointly indicted for the murder of Ollie Dunningan. Upon a separate trial, J. B. Birdsong was convicted and his punishment was fixed at life imprisonment. He asks that the judgment be reversed because: (1) a directed verdict should have been given in his behalf; (2) the verdict is flagrantly against the evidence; (3) incompetent evidence was admitted against him; (4) the court did not give the whole law of the case.
