1Opinion of the Court

In a claim to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims (Lengyel, J.), dated November 28, 1990, which, after a nonjury trial and upon denying the defendant’s application to dismiss the claim for failure to prove a prima facie case, is in favor of the claimants and against it in the principal sum of $95,000.
