Defendant was charged via accusation with driving under the influence of alcohol. The case was tried before a jury, defendant was found guilty and this appeal followed the denial of his motion for new trial. Held:

In his sole enumeration, defendant contends the trial court erred in denying his motion for continuance after it was discovered that members of the jury panel were exposed to an anti-drunk driving display at the entrance lobby of the courthouse.
