Sire, from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the New York Special Term and entered-in the office of the clerk of the county of New York on the 20th day of Hay, 1903, denying his motion to amend the interlocutory judgment herein, and also from an order entered in said clerk’s office on the 26th day of May, 1903, denying his motion to resettle said order entered herein on the 20th day of May, 1903.
