—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Emily Goodman, J.), entered April 28, 1998, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the City defendants from terminating their contracts with plaintiff Housing Works and from otherwise interfering with Housing Work’s contracts with the City, and directed an immediate trial on the merits, unanimously reversed, on the law, the facts and in the exercise of discretion, without costs, the motion denied, the injunction vacated, and *210the matter remanded for further proceedings before a different Justice.
