On the record at the court’s April 29, 2010 Grand Rapids motion day, over the strenuous objection of City Realty Corporation (“City”), the court announced its intention to approve a sale of the bankruptcy estate’s interest, if any, in thirteen limited-liability companies (the “LLC Interests”) to Dan Holwerda, the brother and business partner of Chapter 7 Debtor, Gregory Holwerda (“Debtor”).
