The plaintiffs, Pollock &Co., brought-their suit against the defendant Douglass by attachment before a justice of the peace, levying the attachment upon a small stock of goods in the possession of the interpleaders, Heilman & Co., who hied an interplea *208in the suit claiming that the stock of goods at the time of the levy of the writ of attachment thereon was then and still is their property, and that they were and still are entitled to the possession thereof, etc.
