This is an appeal from the superior court of Cook county on behalf of Marshall I. McMahon individually and as trustee and also as administrator of the estate of Daniel J. McMahon, deceased, and by Susie J. McMahon, Daniel J. McMahon, Jr., Dorothy Zimmerman, Edwin B. Zimmerman, Rose Stickelmaier and Henry Stickelmaier, as heirs-at-law of Daniel J. McMahon, deceased.
