This is a bill for an accounting, brought by a partner against his copartner after the dissolution of the partnership. The general question is how much shall the defendant pay the plaintiff. Both parties took exceptions to the master’s report and appealed from the final decree confirming the report. The defendant took the partnership property and continued to carry on the large and profitable manufacturing business in which the firm had been engaged.
