I. Procedural History

This matter comes before the court on appeal from an order granting Charles Olsen’s (hereinafter referred to as “appellee Olsen”) motion for summary judgment. Order entered by J. Tucker (11/08/2012). The court, upon consideration of the motion for summary judgment and responses thereto, granted summary judgment in favor of appellee Olsen and against his wife, Bernadette Olsen (hereinafter referred to as “appellant”).
