Petitioner (hereinafter the mother) and respondent (hereinafter the father) were married in 1995 and have two children (born in 1995 and 1998). In 2005, the parties entered into a separation agreement that provided for joint custody of the children, with the father having physical custody and the mother having liberal parenting time.
