Action to recover for a loss, by fire, of some hay in stack owned by the plaintiff, and claimed to have been covered by a policy of insurance which was issued by the defendant to him. It *26is a matter of controversy whether the policy, properly construed, covered this hay, and attention will be particularly directed to some of the terms of the contract.
