THIS MATTER came before the Court on February 9, 1995, upon Plaintiff ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL CORP’s (“Plaintiff’ or “Enterprise”) Complaint which seeks a declaration that various assets scheduled as ex empt by the Debtor SAMUEL D.
