*1053Defendant, Kyran Javon Vaughn, was charged by an amended bill of information with one count of armed robbery with a firearm, a violation of Louisiana Revised Statutes 14:64 and 14:64.3A (count I)1 , and one count of obstruction of justice, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:130.1A(1) (count II).
