Plaintiffs Rosemerie S. Lamontagne and Donald Lamontagne commenced this action against Defendants Florence M. Bourget, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. (hereinafter “Nationwide”), and North American Specialty Insurance Co. (hereinafter “NAS”) in the Superior Court of the State of Maine in and for the County of Androscoggin.
