This is .a suit in equity brought in the Circuit Court of Tucker county in February, 1891, by the appellee M. Howard llnliugs, trustee, against the Hidings Lumber Company and the various creditors of that corporation, in order to receive the instructions and directions of the court and conform his action thereto in his administration of the trusts imposed upon him by the deed from the llnliugs Lumber *354Company to him, dated December Í, 1890.
